so, while i've been delaying post-college life by (beach)-bumming it in south carolina, i've learned at least one new thing (the brain still lives). WHAT IS BARBECUE? Well, thank god for amazingribs.com for really and truly clarifying this huge dilemma i've been faced with in the south. Example of definition 1 (a cookout): "At the Fourth of July barbecue we'll be cooking ribs, steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs, and marshmallows. Anything we can fit on the grill."
