billy ray cyrus' daughter tells everyone that yes indeedy, she has "officially" changed her name.
most of us know her as miley cyrus (she plays hannah montana -- that disney show duh)....but she tells everyone that she was born with the name destiny hope cyrus.
HOW CUTE IS THIS?? (not): when she was little, she was called 'smiley' -- thus, the move to change her name to MILEY.
is this really newsworthy? YES!!!!!

Bitch is fifteen - she can't make decisions like this. Also, the fact that her father is Billy Ray Cyrus already removes her from the "capapble of making adult decisions" pool.
